Every laptop ships with a 1-month limited warranty from the date of delivery, covering hardware faults under normal use.
Coverage
- 1-month limited warranty from date of delivery on every laptop.
- Covers hardware faults not caused by misuse, negligence, or accidental damage.
- Functional checks must be completed within 3 days of delivery — any issues reported within this period.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
- Physical or accidental damage
- Liquid or water damage
- Broken or cracked screens
- Damaged or missing keyboards
- Damage caused by power surges, unauthorised repairs, or software modifications
All warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval.
