Yes — delivery is free of charge anywhere in South Africa, shipped via The Courier Guy (TCG). A tracking number is sent once your order is dispatched.
What condition are the laptops in?+
All laptops sold are pre-owned or refurbished unless explicitly stated otherwise. Reasonable signs of prior use may be present. Each device is tested for functionality before dispatch.
How do I check out?+
All orders are placed via WhatsApp. Add laptops to your cart, tap 'Checkout on WhatsApp', and we'll confirm stock, share payment details and arrange delivery.
Can I pay in instalments?+
Not at the moment — only full payment is accepted, confirmed via WhatsApp before dispatch.
Do you offer lay-by?+
No, we do not offer lay-by. Full payment is required before dispatch.
What's the warranty?+
Every laptop ships with a 1-month limited warranty from the date of delivery, covering hardware faults not caused by misuse, negligence, or accidental damage.
Do you offer refunds?+
We do not offer returns for refunds. Exchanges are available within the 1-month warranty period for confirmed warranty-related faults.
When must I inspect my laptop?+
Functional checks must be completed within 3 days of delivery. Any issues must be reported within this period — continued use beyond 3 days is regarded as acceptance of the product in good working condition.

Every laptop ships with a free laptop bag, wireless mouse and headphones at no extra cost.
