Exchanges
- Exchanges are available within the 1-month warranty period for confirmed warranty-related faults.
- The laptop must be returned in the same condition as supplied, excluding the approved fault.
- If the same model is unavailable, a device of similar value and specifications will be offered.
Returns & Refunds
- We do not offer returns for refunds.
- Refunds are not provided for change of mind, buyer error, or preference.
- Refunds will only be considered where required by South African consumer law.
